Read Easy Coordinator Weston-super-Mare
Read Easy North Somerset
Our Coordinators are the first point of contact for those who want to learn to read.
The Coordinator meets with potential new Readers, usually in libraries, to help explore how Read Easy may be able to help them. The Coordinator will then 'pair' the Reader with a Coach, introduce them and provide ongoing support to the Reading Pair and other Pairs under their wing. They will occasionally visit a reading session of each pair and maintain support through regular contact with both Reader and Coach. The Coordinator has specialist support from our Team's Literacy Specialist for any literacy related issues a pair may encounter. Flexible, varied, home based role.
