Role Purpose To coordinate, manage, and optimise the online promotion of Donate For Defib W-s-M campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging, strong digital engagement, and increased donations and community awareness.

Role Purpose: To coordinate, manage, and optimise the online promotion of Donate For Defib W-s-M campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging, strong digital engagement, and increased donations and community awareness. Core Responsibilities 1️⃣ Campaign Planning & Coordination Support the development of digital campaign strategies aligned with fundraising targets Create campaign timelines for online promotion Coordinate content schedules with the Social Media Team Ensure campaigns have clear calls-to-action (CTA) Monitor campaign milestones and ensure deadlines are met Assist in planning themed awareness days or fundraising drives 2️⃣ Content Collaboration & Messaging Work with the Social Media Team to: Develop campaign messaging Create compelling fundraising narratives Highlight real-life stories and impact updates Ensure consistency of tone, branding, and key messages Draft content briefs for posts, graphics, and videos Help gather testimonials, updates, and campaign visuals 3️⃣ Social Media Campaign Management Coordinate campaign launches across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) Ensure content is posted according to schedule Monitor engagement levels and respond (or allocate responses) where needed Encourage user-generated content and community sharing Identify opportunities for boosting or sponsored posts (if budget allows) 4️⃣ Online Fundraising Promotion Promote donation links across all online platforms Track online fundraising performance Suggest adjustments to increase conversion rates Coordinate countdowns, milestone celebrations, and urgency posts Promote local events online to drive attendance and donations 5️⃣ Data & Performance Monitoring Track key metrics such as: Reach Engagement Click-through rates Donations generated from online sources Provide simple monthly performance reports Identify trends and suggest improvements Monitor competitor or similar charity campaigns for inspiration 6️⃣ Website & Online Presence Support Ensure campaign updates are reflected on the website Keep donation pages up to date Coordinate blog/news updates Maintain consistency between website and social messaging 7️⃣ Community & Stakeholder Engagement (Online) Engage with supporters through comments and messages Coordinate shout-outs to donors and partners Encourage ambassadors and volunteers to share campaign posts Support online partnerships with local organisations 8️⃣ Branding & Compliance Ensure use of approved logos and branding Maintain safeguarding and data protection compliance Ensure fundraising communications follow charity best practices Monitor reputation and address issues promptly 🔹 Key Skills & Experience Strong understanding of social media platforms Experience in digital fundraising or campaign coordination Excellent written communication skills Basic understanding of analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.) Organised and deadline-driven Passion for community health and public access defibrillators. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Increase in online donations Growth in social media engagement Campaign reach targets achieved Website traffic increases during campaigns Successful coordination of campaign launches.
