Volunteer Drivers

Volunteer Driver driving provided small vehicle.
Required to drive our individual residents and possibly one additional passenger in one of our specially adapted small vehicles This role supports residents to attend appointments, events etc that they would not be able to attend easily.
Driving (must have full driving licence)
UK Driving Licence
Clean driving licence and a basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance. Have a socialable personality and understand the needs of older people, some of whom may have mobility issues.
Experience if looking to enter social care and/or transport employment. Access to in house training. Opportunity to continue an activity individuals may have done pre retirement and wish to continue.
