Be a dining companion to an elderly resident in our retirement village.
a small number of volunteers are required to provide social and some practical support to our residents who visit our café and who may wish to have some company or need some additional help to enjoy the experience of dining in a social environment. This could include, sitting and chatting at the table, escorting them to a table, pouring a glass of water, helping them access the dining facilities or supporting our dining staff to deliver food to a table. It does not include any aspects of care eg. feeding
