Detailed Description

Do you want to contribute to children’s health by marshalling at a junior parkrun event? The great thing about this volunteering opportunity is that you don’t have to sign up till the weekend of the event: https://www.parkrun.org.uk/westonsupermare-juniors PARKRUN is a massively successful physical activity initiative that takes place across the world. Volunteers can sign up to help whenever they have a free Sunday morning. Roles can include marshalling at a point along the course to ensure the safety of participants, time keeping, recording finishing positions, doing a warm up or even being Run Director (extra training provided for this task).
